Been doin 3x5 deadlift squat and bench press
1 day a week each
also sometimes doing powerclean, pushpress, front squat
been doing this for 3.5 solid months. starting to stall on my lifts and have nagging lower back pain.
i suspect this is from when my deadlift form was bad. i am slowly but surely fixing it.
should i deload and go light with the same compound lifts orrrrrrrrrrrrrr should i take a week off completely from the weights to let my muscles and especially my lower back heal?

If you have a nagging injury, just take the week off.
