    if you microwave chicken, does it destroy the protein?

    The protein is still there, it might damage the whey a tad but the results are negligible.

    Heat can denature the protein, which means that the structure changes. But the amino acids do not change, and thats what your body breaks protein down into anyway. So really, who cares.

    You can kill things that aren't a live?

    mind=?

    EDIT: Just to add to the poster above me; I remember reading somewhere that it's actually better to eat cooked proteins because they break down faster. I think it was in that thread where the kid only ate raw meat.

    well raw meat contains more energy and such. but it takes alot out of your system to break it down that its actually worse. Specially if you are not use to it. However if someone was raised to eat like that i can see them having good results.

    I seen this test done when they put two same size snakes in a container and measured the co2 levels of each. one snake eating cooked, the other eating raw.

    i am currently weaning myself to that side of spectrum, slowly.

    This won't do anything to lessen the nutritional value of the syntha 6.

    QUESTION: Does it taste good? I tried to make "hot chocolate" one time, and even added some chocolate protein powder to coffee to make a "mocha", and both were a disaster.

    I dunno but I've tried mixing protein after heating up water and milk and the protein wouldn't mix very well, I find it easiest to mix when it's room tempature. I just put protein into a glass with water and stick seran wrap over top of it and shake it, never have a problem with on whey mixing well within a 10-15 seconds. I find shakes are a pain in the ass to clean this is easier for me.
