    Question Confliction with Cell-Tech and Glutamine caps?

    somewhere i have heard that creatine mix and Glutamine Caps both consumed can somehow conflict with each other..cell-tech has creatine in it which is why im asking about the cell-tech..

    i'm considering getting cell-tech, and im going to order the Glutamine caps soonish.

    can i take glutamine caps while taking another supplement containing creatine?
    or
    does it not matter and i can take both with no negative effects?
