    175x5 to 205x5

How attainable would it be to put 30lb on my BB flat bench press in 6 months using Jim Wendell's 5/3/1 and eating at a 500-1000 cal surplus. I've only started lifting 'correctly' about 4 months ago.

    Is it even possible?

    Thoughts, opinions?

That should be easily attainable, even a 225x5 should be in reach like that. Unfortunately I still am retardedly not at that level but it should come eventually.

I feel like going up that quick isn't reasonable i guess. Maybe i'm wrong, I benched about 75lb for 8-10 reps when I started, and it took me a year to put 70 pounds on my bench... but looking back I knew absolutely nothing about how to lift to get stronger, but i still did, because of noob gains probably. We'll see how it goes.
