    is an inch really that big of a difference between 2 biceps/triceps

    my biceps are 1 inch difference. would that take long to even up? and what exercises could i do?

    I ad the same problem using my strongest arm to do more of the work lol

    try using dumbbells when doing biceps curl etc. they tend to evan the arms up i find

    they tend to even up in time, just keep on doing same routine, but htey will still probly be like 0.2-0.7" diffrence

    keep concentrating on your squat, deadlift and bench press. they will grow as your lifts go up. maybe an inch every 10-15lbs of lean mass
