    8 month transformation - 50lb down

    I started lifting around august 2014 but had no clue about nutrition or training. I started quite overweight but decided to 'bulk' and ended up going from 190lb-230lb in around 6 months. I also gained very little muscle and strength in this time which also says it was mostly all fat. So February 2015 I realised I was in the worse shape of my life so decided to start a diet. I started to research about nutrition, macros, IIFYM and training routines. I started my diet on February 9th at 230lb and finished as of today september 28th 180lb. For those who are wondering my height and age I'm 19 and 6ft3. If you could give me some feedback about my diet that would be great thanks plans now are to slowly lean bulk up to around 205lb then cut down to 175lb
