    Bicep Ladder??

    Hey everyone,
I was watching Brandon Curry: Unleashed Bicep Training and he was doing what he called bicep ladders, like tricep ladder but for biceps. Has anyone tried this because i cant find much info bout this exercise.

Have never tried them but found this http://www.ehow.com/how_2334909_do-l...ls-biceps.html

At 15 and 140lbs, do you need to be copying a pro's workout?

Just stick to the basics and eat.
