    Bicep Ladder??

    Hey everyone,
I was watching Brandon Curry: Unleashed Bicep Training and he was doing what he called bicep ladders, like tricep ladder but for biceps. Has anyone tried this because i cant find much info bout this exercise.

Have never tried them but found this http://www.ehow.com/how_2334909_do-l...ls-biceps.html

At 15 and 140lbs, do you need to be copying a pro's workout?

Just stick to the basics and eat.

Agreed. Same goes for me really. The basics work!
"Pain is temporary. It my last for a minute, an hour, or a day. Or even a year. But eventually - it will subside, and something else will take its place. If I quit however, it will last forever."

"But it ain't about how hard you can hit - it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!"

"Get up, and don't ever give up".
