In June I'm gonna travel around the world for 4 weeks so I highly doubt I'll have an access to a gym. I'll probably eat out a lot, so there's gonna be a lot of dirty food..ugh. I guess I can try sneaking some whey on the plane but not sure if that'll do be any good. How badly will this affect me? advice?

you lucky ****, i wouldnt think twice about not lifting for a month to travel around the world. a month wont kill and muscle memory will come back. just enjoy the trip because you lift till you die but what you have is a rare oppertunity.
edit: its only a month. youll lose some strength and size but youll bounce back in a few weeks.current/before may!
