    Moldy sweet potato?!?!

    Went to make sweet potato fries today and noticed what looked like mold at one point on the skin of one, only about a week old. Checking here to see what it actually might be if its not mold.

    All very dense foods mold interestingly. A potato you can cut the mold off and eat the spot directly next to it and it be completely fine. This is approved by the health inspectors agencies that enforce restaurants. Completely safe, same taste, etc. I promise.

    Cut the mold off and eat the rest.
