BSN True Mass or MuscleTech Mass Tech

Hello,
I used twinlab gainers fuel and it didnt work at all.And now i wanna buy a new gainer.I searched a little and decided on these products.I think BSN is better but several friends keep suggesting Mass Tech to me. Thats why im asking on here.
The other thing id like to ask is if they are really hard products for digestion or any other side effects you ve experienced.If you share your opinions with me i'll be pretty glad.

Do you want the best advice or do you want people to only suggest one of those two?

Of those two I'd get TrueMass for sure.
