I am starting my D4 extreme log right now, just got my bottle the other day
I work out consistently at least 5 times a week, usually follow this schedule
Monday- Shoulders
Tuesday- Back
Wednesday- Chest
Thursday- Legs
Friday- Rest
Saturday- Arms
Sunday- Rest
And I generally incorporate some cardio like HIIT for about 30 minutes or so 2-4 times a week either in the morning or after my workout
I will be following the lower calorie diet with 4-6 meals throughout the day
My daily intake to maintain weight is about 3000, So i will cut down to 2000-2500 or so and make weigh ins every wednesday after my workout

So far, this stuff has worked wonders for me, even if I dont get all jittery and stuff. I have dropped down from 175 to just over 170 in the 4 days I have been using this for. I am pretty sure alot of it is not water, as I have been drinking 2-4 glasses with each meal, and Im sure it is not muscle mass as I have not lost any strength or noticeable size. Overall, this is going great for me.
Ill try andget some pics up soon

So i got my first jittery twitches today, and the familiar burning sensation in the tips of my ears
gotta say i love this stuff, did an hour off cardio on the hill style interval along with a bicep workout
wow, was i ever sweating, while im sure alot was water weight this time, I am down 169.5 lbs on the scale
and my bicep workout was phenomenal
My bicep workout consisted of the following:
it is high rep, with little to no rest in between sets, and every exercise is a drop set
so first set is heaviest then gets lighter as i go
Hammer curls- 45's x12 reps, 40's x12 reps, and 35's x14 reps
Single arm preacher curls- 40lbs x10 reps, 35lbs x10 reps and 30lbs x10 reps
Dual arm cable curls with close grip to work my outside more- 80lbs x14 reps, 70lbs x16 reps and 60lbs x 16reps
Dual arm curl machine with close grip (this is the only one not super setted) 80 lbs x16 reps, 90lbs x14 reps and 100lbs x12 reps
Close grip chin ups- 3 sets with 1 minute rest in between to exhaustion, usually about 10-12 reps for me at this pointLast edited by wagner98; 04-11-2010 at 10:54 AM.

Going on day 6 here, took my morning dose as per usual
I did some research, and found out that antihistamines like diphenhydramine can give temporary sensitivity to stims again so i picked up a 40 pack of them and started taking 2 per night yesterday
and i gotta say, it does seem to be making a bit of a difference, I fell it alot more today
I forgot to include what other supplements I am taking in this list.
I am taking ON 3mg melatonin tablets to help get a deep sleep at night
I am using HP L-glutamine 3-4 servings a day
as well as HP Chromium Picolinate a single 200 mcg capsule per day
And finally, though its running low, I am also taking Isoflex WPI

Did an hour of cardio today
first 30 minutes were HIIT and the last 30 were aerobic conditioning with incline varying between 9 and 30%
My weight is up just slightly about a pound or so, but this is most likely a normal fluctuation due to water, bodily fluids etc.
Just made me a quick shake, without WPI cuz im running low on it
It was 1 1/2 cups skim milk, 2 Tbs of peanut butter and one banana, delicious if i do say so myself

So far so good, it seems to have crushed my appetite, while it is in effect, I feel as though some times im forcing myself to eat, i dont crash, but i do take some melatonin just before bed just in case these are still keeping me up, im not sensitive in the sense that they hit me hard, im sensitive in the sense that they have an abnormally long half life in my body
like when i was bulking, NO shotgun kept me up for 6 solid hours lol
I live in canada, I cant have D4TS shipped to me

So today has been weird, I have not thought about eating whatsoever, until 10 minutes ago, I had only eaten two meals all day, and its 8pm here...
this stuff is unreal I literally just had to force food down
im sitting at around 1000 calories for the day
while alot of it s protein, im kinda worried that its going to result in muscle loss

Im on day 7 here
been up for 2 1/2 hours, took another full dose upon waking
All ive had so far this morning is the D4, a chromium picolinate capsule, a cup of green tea and a banana, I feel pleasantly full
I think the antihistamines are helping to regain a temporary sensitivity to stimulants, as I feel much more energetic, not in the jittery sense like straight caffeine, more productive, like i wanna go out and get stuff done today
Im loving this stuff so far, lets see if it holds up
I have also noticed a nice boost in mood and sociability, I feel good, and I feel more talkative
Today is back day
yesterday was shoulders
heres what i did yesterday:
3 sets smith military press (bringing the bar down to my chin) I did 14 reps with 25lbs per side, then 12 with 35 per side, then 10 with 45 per side
next i did the pull up ones where you pull the bar to your chin using a shoulder width grip, not sure what their called- Same setup as military press same weights and reps
Next i did seated arnold presses- 12 reps with 25lbs, 12 reps with 30 lbs and 10 reps with 35lbs
next i supersetted the front raises where you lift the weight from you side to directly in front of you with the side raises
I used a special rep cycle for these
it was 12 reps per side which consisted of (in this order) starting with front raises
4 on one arm in a row, then 4 per arm alternating, then 4 with both arms at the same time.
this was also the case for side raises
started with 20lb dumbbells, then 25 then 30.
next i did single arm reverse cable flies, 3 sets of 14 reps each
starting with the #10 setting(not sure of the weight, might only be 10 lbs but feels alot heavier) did it in a continuous circuit, one arm, then the next, then the first arm at #12.5, so on and so forth till i did 3 sets per arm finishing on 15, the only rest being while i did the other side.
next I did rear delts on the peck fly machine, starting with 100 lbs, i did 10 reps with the grip parallel to the ground, then 10 reps with the grip perpendicular the ground and my thumbs pointed towards the ceiling, dropped the weight by 20 lbs, and did this same setup again, dropped it another 20 lbs and did the same thing once again.
Took me just over an hour as someone was using the peck fly machine so i had to wait
I then went to the steam room for about 15 minutes.

My weight has taken a drastic drop, like im down over 8 pounds in a week, this isnt natural...this thing isnt working out for me, I feel like im losing muscle all of a sudden as well as stregth etc
Im really worried my hard earned muscle is leaving me
My appetite is a little too suppressed for my likings to the point where today it was almost unhealthy, upon realizing that, I feel uncomfortable using this anymore
While this isnt working out for me, Im sure there are plenty of people it could work very well for
this just aint my thingLast edited by wagner98; 04-14-2010 at 09:42 PM.
