Any thoughts on my upper/lower split?

This is my new workout I am doing. It is an upper/lower split done M/W/F in the ABA, BAB fashion. I like that the body parts get 4 or 5 days to rest from the workout. Does it seem decent. My biggest concern is the deadlifts since they workout some trap, middle back and lat. I am concerned about overtraining them. Any thoughts on this or my workout. My range is 3 sets of 6-8. Thanks.

    Upper
    Chinups(How often should I switch to pull-ups)
    Dips
Barbell Bent Over Row (How often should I alternate with reverse grip?)
Barbell Incline Bench Press (I have 2 incline levels I like, how often should I switch)
    Dumbbell Lateral Raise
    Dumbbell Tricep Extension
    Dumbbell Bicep Curl

    Lower
Barbell Squat(Not too heavy but heavy enough Might just increase reps since at home)
    Standing Calf Raise
Barbell Deadlift(Heavy since safe at home)
    Seated Calf Raise
    Barbell Romanian Deadlift (Lighter weights)
    Barbell Front Squat(Lighter weights)
    Glute Ham Raise

Take out lateral raise add in Push Press and then do a barbell curl at the end no need for tricep extensions

Lower find a power rack and squat heavy do calf stuff after everything else. And do heavy front squats good for quads and "core"
