Ive always hated watching it. Sh!t is made to be WAY to important here. They get so overpaid it makes me rage. Sure theres work that has to be put in and what not but for what they do they shouldnt get paid anywhere near that much. I have other reasons but ive never been a fan.

ive lost a fair amouunt of interest in it, due to the lack of sportsmanship/cheating. i still follow my team. but dont really watch games that often now.
Before you insult somebody, first walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you insult them, you are a mile away and you have their shoes.

nope im football mad its like a relegion to me .........the amount of money the players bring in to the club by shirt sales and so on they do not get overpaid.
footballers who are on the highest wages will pay back that money to the club......the higher profile they player is the more money he will generate for the club .

*raises hand*. I used to support leeds when i was younger but lost interest. League football is just aload of random players from all over the place, so it's hard to feel any patriotism. I do on the other hand really love the world cup/euro, as everyone is actually representing their country. I'm dual USA/UK so hoping both teams can do well

I actually realised I used to do a lot of football orientated stuff like play football, play ISS Pro on my PS, collect Merlin Football stickers for my football sticker book. Never actually did the main thing a footie fan does, I never watched it because I just hated it for some reason. I remember the world cup 98 finals with brazil and france and I was so into it for that 1 match..now sh!t just makes me rage.

well it depends in england in the premiership an everage wage for an average player will be around 20-40 k a week ...... the higher profile / better the player is the more he will earn.
for example at aston villa ashley young is on around 80 k a week.......where as someone like agbonlahor is on 40-50 k a week. a reserve player will be on around 5-10k a week or less.
then you have the championship where players will get from 2-6 k a week , from then on the palyers wages get significantly less when you go down the divisions.

I think its weird how everyone is so obsessed and talks about players stats/team stats non stop. Who gives a flying ****?
The only time I go and watch is when theres place in my companys box at old trafford but I only go for the free beer and food.
I dont mind a good game of fifa or pro evo and love a 5 a side game or playing anytime in the summer but apart from that, i **** it.
