Decided to test my Blood Pressure last night since I am on day 3 of the EC stack and my dad has a history of high Blood pressure and i was told I do last time too. Not sure if mine is as high as his b/c I'm always thinking about it and getting nervous while its being taken.
Last night before bed laying down (my dad recommended to sit up, but w/e) I had last EC dose 10 hours prior.
This morning - 20min after I took EC
A. Does BP tend to be lower in the morning when you wake up?
B. was 20min enough time to let the EC kick in?
C. 135ish is like my "normal" BP, so does this mean its ok to continue? No sides yet.. i'm only doing it 2x day anyways.

Sounds like your normally on the borderline, i would start taking some red yeast rice, hawthorn berries and garlic to combat the effects of high blood pressure. Also dont take steroids or prohormones they tend to aggravate blood pressure a lot and your already border line.(Just for future refrence)"I'll take my experience along with the results of hundreds of other pro's I know, over some research any day."

Yes, BP is usually lower in the morning. Also, it might not be a bad idea to see the doctor about your BP as the other readings after you have taken your "EC stack" are borderline high. Take it from someone who knows about blood pressure and what it can do. Also, I would ask him specifically if there is anything in it that would raise your BP.

I wish mine was like that....my BP is about 140 something/ 90 something while on BP medicine.
The highest it ever was (that I am aware of) is 188/118....and that was when I wasn't taking EC or anything...that was my normal BP!!!!!! That was actually why I started working out, I was only 22 at the time and felt I was young enough to get healthy. Fifteen years later it's still high. I just have naturally high BP...it runs in the family.* anatolian shepherd crew *
