    When to Take Certain Supplements -

    Need advice on when (time of day & state of fullness) I should take the following:

    - chromium picolinate (says take with food, but wouldn't it be more effective to take it on empty stomach)?
    - DIM
    - DHEA

    DHEA - after breakfast. (Maybe second dose after dinner if body still need it (i.e. first was not enough).)
