All fellow Keto fans....when did you notice significat results in body fat and/ or muscle gain ?
When did you know that the keto plan is the real deal ?

I noticed mirror changes within the first two weeks, and initial loss of mainly water.
But it took several weeks to get the right calories to lose weight.
Now I'm dropping weight steadily, and what's more important, it's fat not muscle.
And I feel GREAT with the lack of carbs.Keto since 12/26/09
