    All fellow Keto fans....when did you notice significat results in body fat and/ or muscle gain ?

    When did you know that the keto plan is the real deal ?

    Week 4-6 you should be able to notice some decent changes. It's a good idea to get a before picture in a swimsuit then take them bi-weekly as you go. Since your looking at yourself everyday you might not notice changes, but having a picture to compare side by side is very helpful.

    Notice changes in the scale week to week, but seven weeks in and I noticed it a lot in the mirror.

    I noticed mirror changes within the first two weeks, and initial loss of mainly water.

    But it took several weeks to get the right calories to lose weight.

    Now I'm dropping weight steadily, and what's more important, it's fat not muscle.

    And I feel GREAT with the lack of carbs.
