Weighted push ups arnt as superior to bb bench press.
Ansew to the few pms I've gotten since popping back on-line...
NO I never got full amount back from 'him', still owed for FAKE t3 and wu fee... More than a year on I can't be bothered to carry on chasing it up.. Unfortunatly word is he is on another bb community forum still selling

I think iso wise flat bench or db press is good for chest but in regards to overall development weighted pushups are great I know personally I only do weighted pushups and the work great.

Agree. With the assumption that one is not benching to win benching contests. If you're competing in powerlifting then it's a given.

One thing I like about pushups that you cant do with BB bench is how much deeper you can go. When you use the pushup bars you can go down an extra several inches to get a good stretch, and that will help widen the pecs.
If you do pushups on the floor, always do them on your knuckles.. That will help alleviate wrist strain.
I perfer BB bench over weighted pushups.BRB, going hunting...
