The squat challenge is a LOT harder than it looks. It's the IDo Portal version, meaning you spend 30 mins a day in a flat footed deep squat position, for 30 days. Whew!
Working up the energy to go to the gym tonight. And I can't believe I'm sore from what I did yesterday!

Rushed in, rolled, did a few Tuminello Lunges (3 sets of 8, 16kgs), pull ups (3/2), shoulder prehab, and rushed out: spent waaaaay too much time talking to the guys at the pitch. Also ran into a girl that wanted me to train her for free , but 'forgot' to tell me she got another one that would have her do regular machinebased BB splits. That was a tiny bit awkward.
Dammnit! Sometimes my laptop deletes a sentence!
