there are different programs for benching, what i do is one day do heavy stuff
5,5,3,3,3,3,3,3,1,1,1 something liek that, then another day work on speed and do 8x2 with 60 percent of ur max, get ur triceps really strong, lift liek a PLer read about it16 y/o 5'9 195lbs
