My bench has been stuck for the longest time as well. I could put up 225 a YEAR ago, and now it's only my 3RM. It's basically stayed the same, but I somehow haven't cared because until now my other lifts were wayy behind what they should've been.

I mean for example your bench workout may look something like this
135 x 8 (this should only be a warm up, nothing too taxing
165 x 5
185 x 5
205 x 3
225 x 3
225 x 3
In order to get better at benching you need to bench heavy weight for low reps 2-3x a week. If you are only benching once a week and you are benching with low reps I bascially think you are wasting your time. Ideally you don't want to train to failure, except for the last day you lift (in my example friday) becausae you would have more time to recover which allows you start lifting heavy again (in my example if you lift to failure on friday you have saturday and sunday to recover so that you can lift heavy again on Monday. But if you train to failure on Monday you might not be able to lift the same amount of weight on W or F, if that makes any sense/or is clear).

Flat bench: 225x8 245x6 265x3 285x2 300x1 <---all pause benches
Incline Flyes: 35x10 45x10 45x10 45x10
Dips: 70x10 105x8 150x4
Reverse Grip Pushdowns: 2 hands 100x8 100x8 1 hand: 60x8 70x6
Lying curl on high pulley: 100x10 120x10 120x10 120x10 150x6
super setted with weighted chins: +45x8 - 4 sets bwx8 final set
straight bar curls: 95x10 115x6 95x12
super set with CGBP: 135x10 155x8 155x10
Energy was endless today boys! didn't want to stop working out. Incline PR was no big deal seeing as i havent maxed on it in over 6 months. 300 pause bench felt great after doing incline first. dip PR as well! maybe its in my head but i felt like stacking 35's on weighted dips is easier than 45's.
the lying curls with the weighted chins were done like so: 1 set of lying curls, 1 min break, 1 set of weighted chins 1 min break and so on until 10 sets were complete.
straight bar and CGBP super set was done like this: curls immediately following CGBP, couple min break, repeatJournal:

Nice workout mah man, and 150 on dips i cant fathom that seriously too hard for me to put together in my head...
Bench is alright but incline is massive!!!
