I think this would solve a lot of the problems around here. People might actually read the rules.
Lets be honest, would rather be banned than lose their precious reps.
Maybe set up a system where mods utilize infractions or PM warnings before we ban, so that people are only banned for major rule violations or 0 tolerance policies
Edit: Dead serious btw

Wouldn't work, would cause the person to either
a) quit the misc if they previously had high reps and would now have to start over
b) increase in troll accounts since reps are the only incentive to make quality posts, if you had to restart again nobody would give a single fawk imo

Ehh that's kinda mean. A 50k guy who it took a few years starts at zero because he did something stupid once. Maybe like on your 3rd ban they get reset or cut in half or something would seem a bit reasonable. Like the justice system 3 strikes and you're out
Reps rest from 29k

Inafter everyone agrees due to OP's reps.
Those who get banned generally deserve it and should have to make a new account altogether IMO.

I've been banned for making weed comments, which is ridiculous. It's a fuking plant that grows in the ground. To the mods that banned me, grow up!

I think that when people are permabanned, they should still be allowed to post but no one else could see it. I think people (Specifically in the R/P) would Rage SOOOOO much more if they thought they were being ignored constantly.
Lol at the things I think about when I am drunkStarting weight- May 14 2011- 184
