I've pulled (or possibly torn) a chest muscle. I think probably from over-doing it. I've had this issue before a couple years ago but never to this extent. Any advice on someone that has been through it? I've stopped working out for now except for walking/cardio that doesn't bother it and have done all the necessary home remedy type things. I'm hoping that it will just heal naturally as I do this, but I've had this for about 6 days now and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. At what point should I go to the doctors? I did before and felt it was a big waste of money as all I got was a prescription of anti-inflammatories. I'm guessing if I take it easy for a few weeks that should do the trick.... yes?
