    How about figuring out a good workout program? Taking pro hormones/DS/AAS as a fatty with no muscle mass is a waste of money. The point you're at right now you could've EASILY achieved with only protein.

    Agreed, but I hope he spent a lot more than $30 for his whole cycle, but it really wouldn't surprise me if he didn't. There is a definite improvement in pics, but your probably going to lose a lot of the gains if you plan on getting in shape.

    5'6", 162lbs and jumping on ph's? what are your goals? are you cutting or bulking? its hard to tell from your before and after pics. ph's arent a shortcut to better physiques. you could have achieved much better results eating clean food, lifting hard and doing cardio.

    pct i'm using is pct assist & inhibit-e...from trinidad so i have to order all my stuff of the net which cost more than the actual prices...this stack prob cost me about $2400tt so far dats excluding protein, nitric oxide, etc...ne ways if i were to start cutting should i use as well as diet?...before the stack i was at 150 not i'm at 162

    well jus posted this thread for some ideas on where i went wrong and what i should do better next time...well through all u guy comments i now know where i went worng...right now doing out my pct with my m5 preworkout, protein & vitamins and eating more lean foods...will be taking about 2 months off after the pct is finished and going back on summin after...ne suggestions?
