As you can see I've only used 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites rest is mostly veggies...so this is a very good breakfast whether you're on keto or not. Macros are as follows:
Fat / Protein / Carbs
6 / 16 / 2
Calories: 126
Fat% = 43%
PRotein% = 51%
Carb % = 6%
I'll have to adjust it a bit more to get more Fat% I guess...maybe add more cheese

I would use at least four (six for sure) whole eggs...skip the egg whites and cook it in coconut oil.

Easy Grilled Fish Fillets
This is SUPER EASY to make.
Buy Fish Fillets...I use BASA FISH which is a type of Catfish..It's not an oily fish like Salmon I know but regardless I use it because it has tons of protein, ZERO carbs and only healthy fats.
I also take 2 - 1000mg of Salmon oil to cover my omegas.
Anyhow...
Defrost the fish fillet if it is not fresh
Apply a generous amount of olive oil on all sides
Sprinkle seasoning, garlic powder, Salt, Pepper
Broil !! Make sure u turn it over 2-3 times to make sure it's cooked from both sides.
I PUT BUTTER ON IT to include the fats...cuz olive oil dries away...
mmmmmmmmmm....eating it while typing this post.....lol....
ENJOY

Fish and Roasted cauliflower
Ever tried roasted cauliflower? It is one of the best tasting veggie foods I've tried....You can get similar taste by deep frying cauliflower until it's golden brown...But I prefer to roast.
Cut cauliflower in chunks
Put in a big bowl and add 4-5 spoons of olive oil. Make sure it is covered properly in oil.
Broil on high and turn 3-4 times.
I also marinated some fish in Tandoori paste and had that at lunch.
