    Kirkland egg whites?

Anyone know how many egg whites are in each little carton of the Kirkland Real Egg Product 99% egg whites?

    below is nutrition info:

    Should I assume 1 'egg' = 1 serving? (1/4 cup)

    Each carton = 2 cups
    1/4 cup = 1 egg
also, 1/4 cup = roughly 2 egg whites
