if i stop lifting weights for a while

for the past 2 months, i havent been able to get into the gym much and i feel like ive lost a lot of muscle. Im dedicated to getting consistent again but im going to be cutting fat for a couple of months so i wont be able to gain my lost muscle back immediately.

my question is when i start bulking again after the cut, will my lost muscle come back much faster?
