I've bulked up and added 40lbs since I started lifting seriously, and yes my abs aren't as visible but I love gaining size and strength. If I bulked a little more carefully, I'd probably be leaner, but eating like an ox allows for HUGE strength gains, plus the size too.

Eat clean foods, seperate fats and carbs, and do some HIIT cardio a few times a week. If you bulk slow (1/2 pound a week for someone experienced, you can probably put 1-1 1/2 pounds a week on for a few months) you should gain minimal fat. I would say if done properly you can put 75% muscle and 25% fat on. That would mean if you put on 20 pounds only 5 would be fat so if you are ripped you'd still be in good condition. In my opinion people that lose their abs are the ones that eat like 2,000 kcals over maintenence when bulking when should probably only eat 300-400 over, or people who bulk for a couple years straight. If you bulk clean for 4 months your BF should only rise 1 or 2 % meaning it will only take a few weeks to cut.
weight training is the easiest thing to understand and the hardest to actually implement. - Dr. Ken Leistner
Miracles are attested, but what if they're instead some mix of charlantary, unfamiliar states of consciousness, misapprehensions of natural phenomena, and mental illness? No contemporary religion and no New Age belief seems to me to take sufficient account of the grandeur, magnificence, subtlety and intrcacy of the Universe revealed by science. The fact that so little of the findings of modern science is prefigured in Scripture to my mind casts further doubt on its divine inspiration. - Carl Sagan

cutting down to a lower bodyfat occasionaly, is really good for you. It helps kickstart your metabolism when you start bulking again, as far as the 115 guy goes, start bulking brother, remember you dont lose a 6 pack ever, you gain fat to cover it, itll always be there for you when you want to diet the fat off, so no worries.

To be fair, anybody who weighs 1151bs will have a six pack,no one will find it impressive.People will just think that you are way to skinny. So eat eat eat and lift lift lift, and when you have some decent mass start cutting and you will look much better, six pack and all.
