My old journals faded out and I wanted to start something fresh.
This contest should end around day 84-85 when I'm in on P90x so Im excited to see where I can take it.
I upped my calories from 1600 to 2400 and will also become more active to compensate. I wont be taking my next weight for about 2 weeks so I give my body time to adjust.
Starting weight: 245
12 Week Goal Weight (realistic): 220
12 Week Bust ass goal: 200
If I can fall between 200-220 I would be ecstatic but I know this is a journey so I will take it day by day.
12 week Fitness Goals:
Run 3 miles
Be able to complete Plyometrics
Do 30 pushups in a row
Some of these goals are silly but I haven't been able to do them since I was at 185...so it would give me alot of confidence to be able to pull off even 1 of these.
