    12 week OBF with P90x

    My old journals faded out and I wanted to start something fresh.


    This contest should end around day 84-85 when I'm in on P90x so Im excited to see where I can take it.



    I upped my calories from 1600 to 2400 and will also become more active to compensate. I wont be taking my next weight for about 2 weeks so I give my body time to adjust.



    Starting weight: 245
    12 Week Goal Weight (realistic): 220
    12 Week Bust ass goal: 200

    If I can fall between 200-220 I would be ecstatic but I know this is a journey so I will take it day by day.


    12 week Fitness Goals:

    Run 3 miles
    Be able to complete Plyometrics
    Do 30 pushups in a row


    Some of these goals are silly but I haven't been able to do them since I was at 185...so it would give me alot of confidence to be able to pull off even 1 of these.

    Hey there! Good luck with your goals and the contest!

    They may be small goals, but I understand how important the little stuff is... I've been dying to do 3 unassisted pullups since January..lol..I'm still stuck at 2! One day!

    Where in north texas are you? I went to UNT!

    I live in garland right now, My GF is about to graduate from UNT



    Finished Cardio X today for day 2

    Meal 1:
    2 scoops whey
    1cup strawberries
    1 cup milk

    Meal 2:
    1.5 scoops whey
    1 cup milk

    Meal 3:
    3oz string cheese

    Meal 4:
    Turkey Sandwich

    Meal 5:
    6oz Shrimp
    Mixed veggies

    Opps I guess I need an update LOL


    On Completed day 4 today and diet has been spot on since monday.

    Right now Im experiencing a ton of water weight loss...8 pounds so far and not sure when this is going to stop...im not complaining though lol.

    I upped my activity as well as my food intake and have been seeing good progress with my workouts and weight loss.

    Did yoga X today and also a 30 minute power walk around the local park (around 2miles)


    Meals today:

    Meal 1:
    6 egg whites
    1oz cheese
    1 slice of toast

    Post workout:
    8oz juice
    creatine
    1/3 protein bar

    Meal 2:
    6oz chicken
    1 cup broccoli

    Meal 3:
    8oz milk
    1 slice of toast with peanut butter
    3oz string cheese

    Meal 4:
    9oz chicken
    2 cups broccoli
    1 cup milk
