    Lipo 6x and whey protein!

    I know how to take this. But I don't know when is good.

    1. Do I take this 30min before my cardio so it can kick in. If not when?

    2. Also when is it best to take whey protein? (Before,After,During Weight lifting)

    3. Does why protein affect my cardio workout if i take it right after?
