Counteracting the estrogenic effects of alcohol?

Beyond the increase in calories, heightened estrogen and lowered testosterone sound to be the worst effects of drinking from a fat loss/muscle building standpoint.

I3C from foods like cabbage and broccoli have anti-estrogenic properties and flax lignans competitively bind to estrogen receptor sites. Also, milk thistle also helps to regenerate damaged liver tissue which in turn helps to metabolize excess estrogen. Are there any other foods/supplements that help to counteract the rises in estrogen after drinking alcohol?

There many good estrogen blockers on BB.com store. And they work! Activate extreme is my favourite and I heard good reviews on reversatrol (spelling) but it is discontinued here.

Or just reduce alcohol consumption then you don't have to worry about it, for a simple solution.

I'm extremely skeptical of all over-the-counter supplements claiming to boost T or block E. Your best bet is to just drink in moderation. A beer every once in a while isn't going to make much difference. If you believe it will you are over-thinking things.
