I just turned 15 years old... I can't get enough of weight lifting I bench press 200 and I weigh 147... But I usually only lift three days a week to my Football routine. I all do three sets at 80% and I see all these people saying that this is not enough, so how much should I lift each week, because I don't want to overtrain. Thanks- Michael Bennett
