I sarted working out a month ago an I maxed out at 175lbs been working out a month an my new max is 195lbs. Is that a good max gain in a month? An im taken 2 scoops of Jacked before I workout an a scoop of whey protein after I workout.

20 lbs in a month is good, but since u have just started lifting i would attribute some of that to "noob" gains. If you have a good diet and routine going then you will continue to gain, just not as fast of a rate.

If you happen to have any questions about form just youtube Mark Rippetoe or Dave Tate, those videos have definitely helped my form on many lifts.

20 pounds in a month is not crazy. If you just started out and have been training triceps you can easily add 20 pounds to a bench in a month. Triceps will make your bench bigger not the biceps just remember that

    Cool

    Well think about this...

If you were to gain 20lbs in 2 months for a year thats 120lbs. That is pretty damn good. But it is very unlikely unless your just trying to pack on the pounds.

    I wish i could gain 20lbs in 2 months!

I have noticed throughout my lifting that it is a constant uphill climb and it is just gonna take time. That's definitely a great gain in 2 months but don't expect it to increase another 20lbs in your next 2 months.

assuming that you just started lifting, it's not too great to be honest. plenty of beginners have made more progress than that in a month
