you can stack 2 methylated compounds - just drop the dosage. If you go full "solo" dosage on both, that's what going to be rough on your liver.
so yes. never heard of that second one, but make sure u find a smart dosage. Dosing too high will lead to other unwanted sides with little extra results, but dont go too low or you won't see much gains.
