Guys I knew from uni used to sell ecstasy in bulk to all the students, they went down South to pick up 1400 quid worth. The dude they met thought 400, so they gave him 400 and came back up North. It was a complete mistake, but the dudes came up North to their house with baseball bats and **** and knocked on the door. No one was in except one of their housemates who has nothing to do with them selling so he **** himself.

depends on what kinda dealer they are
what drugs they selling
and how connected they are.
the average teen dealer will buy in small amounts and sell in even smaller amounts to make profit.
u gotta gain his trust (pretty easy cos he wants your money)
and call him out to either buy some of the stuff u have
or buy the stuff he has (ie weed - we talking bout minimum ~5oz to make it worth your trouble)
meet him and get your guys to "rob" you both
walk off, meet up at a pub - hi5 and enjoy a nice pint =)2020 Comeback from hiatus. Time to get blench

If you ever rob a dealer more connected than a dumb average teen weed dealer then you can't leave them alive because they WILL get you back or someone else will. I've grown up around this kind of stuff I know.
