Just pack a tuna sandwich for in between breakfast and lunch. As for college its basically the same as anybody else out there if you live off campus. I've never lived in the dorms so I cant say much for what to do in that scenario. I'm guessing your in high school so I'd stick with a sandwich unless you don't mind people seeing you chugging a protein shake all the time at school. And definitely pack your own lunch. There aren't any good foods in the school lunches.

i have a protein shake in the morning, and I might have a sandwich for lunch, or if I dont have enough time to make one in the morning I just go out for lunch to one of the cafaterias. One of them is run by the culinary arts students so they make delicious burgers and pizzas and have daily specials. mmmm

im in college and i don't like leftovers so i usually just intermittent fast. i'll usually eat a brunch of four or five eggs fried or scrambled and for dinner i like some type of frozen vegetable like broccoli steamed and about one pound of ground beef made into meatballs with some onions and garlic and marinara sauce poured on top. sometimes instead of meatballs i'll sautee some chicken breast

In hgih school it was easy for me, i just packed my lunch and took protein bars and shakes in my bag and drank them between classes... College on the other hand I just pack food in my bag and eat it on the way to class or during because my teachers dont care lol
The most convenient things to me were 8 oz. turkey, 2 Whole wheat wrap, 20 almonds and a ziplock bag
Also Solution 5 is the mrp I use now at school but i usually only use it if im late for work or at workFirefighter/EMT/Personal Trainer

Yes the warrior diet truly is worth it,and it won't slow down your metabolism if done properly. The best thing you can do is actually buy the book, that way you know you are getting all of the correct information. But if you have any specific questions about it, PM me and i'd be happy to help.
