The prices for the Metal RH and GHR are alot more than if I order direct from Metal in Finland

Not sure about the RH you linked. Have you used one like that?

These are what I want from Finland.

Have you ever thought about getting the reverse hyper fabricated?
I have seen a couple homemade ones now...and they work just the same.

Very little you can do about it. I'm regualry taking glutamin to help boost my immune system and ward off the common cold etc.

Give glutamin a try if you are susceptible to catching the common cold/virus.

Many studies support glutamin and it's benefits, but as with alot of things, it hasn't been 100% proved that it does help boost the immume system.

As I have mentioned before, my gym is under new ownership. The new owners actually give a **** and are purchasing equipment left and right and right and left. Not only that, but they are actually asking US, the members, what we would like to see. They say they're buying a few bars and have asked our opinion.
Well, they went to my friend that is a bench press specialist, and asked him about a couple of bars. One of the bars had a 700lb capacity and one had a 1500lb capacity. My buddy told them that they had better get something that'll hold more than 700lbs because of me.

I felt awesome for a moment

I doubt he went from a 600x4 to a 500x2 close grip in a years time.

And that's the point of fake plates. To look real.

I take Cod Liver Oil, Green Tea, Echinacea, and of course Vitamin C.

Between work, school, and the gym I can't afford to get sick. That combination seems to work well.

    Not by anyone official.

If you took in a picture and some basic dimensions to any steel fabricator they will be able to knock up something very close.

Dont know about the reverse hyper with adjustable top, that might cost too much to get made
