A few of us decided enough was enough and stepped down. Things turned to **** around here. I don't know how things are these days as I'm not here as much.

I wish, I decided to go for something cheaper so I can afford to put more money towards a good reverse hyper machine and GHR. Besides a WL bar would be too soft.

You know, the Eleiko PL bar is more expensive than the WL bar here!!

I'm just gonna go with someting that is good for 700lbs or so.

Very difficult getting hold of a RH machine, same wirth the GHR machine.
Louie Simmons has a friend in Finland that was going to help me, but delivery could be dodgey
