On a 4 Day a week workout. Of course Im drinking protein shakes and taking vitamins/fish oil on my off days but should I be continuing to take BCAA's on my "off days" and if so what time of day is optimal.
Also should I be doing the same with creatine (taking it on my off days) b/c I usually take it with my protein shake after my workout. Ive also heard I need to run a cycle with it something like 4 weeks on 2 weeks off, is this true and if so is this the correct amount of time?

I usually wake up in the morning on off-days and make a simple shake with my bcaa's, eaa's, and creatine mixed up. I feel its a nice nabolic cocktail to help start the day.
With creatine, there is no loading phase/cycle needed. Just start taking it and stay consistent.Best Meet Lifts:
