The first time i astral projected.. i was sleeping with my dog. When you begin the seperation.. you start to get INSANELY intense body vibrations..

On this physical realm, all matter vibrates at a SET FREQUENCY. All the matter in this universe, ON THIS REALM(Physical) is vibrating at the same rate..

In the astral, the matter is vibrating at a higher frequency, which is why we cannot see it in this realm.. to get into the astral, you need to seperate from the physical body, which is constraint to vibrate at this set frequency.. you seperate your astral body(which vibrates at a higher frequency)

When this happens.. you are sent into the astral.. all the matter in that realm vibrates at a certain frequency, and the realms higher than that vibrate at a higher frequency, etc etc...

So, after these vibrations, you start to feel your astral body trying to jerk its way out of the physical.. if you are succesful you will be in the astral, astral projection. WE ARE ALL BORN WITH THIS GIFT, it has been in history since the start of man. I float across my room.. and i see a dark hooded figure at the end of my bed.. beside him is scripture in bright white neon coloring, its running along a script(moving), as if its being played and im supposed to be reading it.. but after a few seconds.. my dog wakes up and moves around to get comfortable again.. and he touches my physical body.. so here i am, on one side of the room.. my body is on the other.. and i can feel my dog touching my physical body.. even though my soul/mind/astral body is on the other side(this is the weirdest feeling ive ever experienced) .. this causes me to get overscared(the whole situation was pretty nerve wrecking) and that is a safeguard/trigger to get back into the physical.. so it ended there. I have since been very weary about projecting, because the astral is FULL OF DECEPTION and FULL OF EVIL ENTITIES(there are good ones to thoguh)

You must be very careful if you are planning on learning how to do this.. it is REAL in every sense.. this is no video game.

When your projecting though.. you have full power over you mind, you can see in like 3d vision(you see all around you instead of just forward) and your willpower is very powerful.. you can "will" yourself to go wherever you want.. and essentially (once you get good enough) you can start to go around and communicate with entities and whatnot.
