I'll join in. I have most of my stats on my Bodyspace although I need to update them. I will update all my stats tomorrow. I like to weigh and measure myself once a week in the morning to stay consistent. Its finally warm enough to start running outside again after taking a lot of the winter off . I did sign up for a 5k in the beginning of May.
I'm around 207 lbs right now with a goal of 185-190.Last edited by rollen; 04-01-2010 at 07:21 PM.

You know I'm in on this.....
Weight: 215.6
BF: 16.6%
Pics: on bodyspace but will provide updated pics as I take them going forward.
Goal: To be leaner than I am now.
Currently trying to get really lean for the summer. I don't have a particular number or anything like that, but I want to shed as much fat as I can because come August I will be back on the bulk routine once again.RDF

Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Hey guys! This is my first post here on BB. I've been VERY unhappy with how I've let myself go and have been hitting the gym for the last few days. I'm glad I found this thread as this will serve for some serious motivation from here on out.
Height: 5 ft 8in
Weight:195 lbs
Bodyfat: Unknown
Goal: To lose as much body fat as possible - hoping to see myself at atleast 175lbs by June.
Measurements: Will up date once measurements are made.

Haha same..
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 164.4lb as of March 28 (I weigh myself Sunday mornings)
Bodyfat %: Will find out on April 11. Going to kill it until then
Measurements: All I know is I used to wear Size 36 pants when I was 210, but they're loose as hell now and I had to drill a hole in my belt to keep wearing the belt and pants.
Goal: 150lb or 9-10% BF and abs - whichever one comes sooner and then bulk. Idk if I wanna keep my six pack until summer ends though :/
Supplements: whey, sustained release protein (Nitrocore), MM, multivitamin, fish oil
Workout: Max-OT style (https://ast-ss.com/maxot.php) with 16-20 min of HIIT afterwards
Diet: 1425 cals a day, but it ends up being closer to 1500ish as a result of disparities in my measuring tools; I eat chicken, broccoli, oatmeal, and lately have been experimenting with Shirataki noodles. I love to make spaghetti, lasagna, and pad see ew, especially when it fits within my diet's caloric deficit!

Lots of inspiration in this thread, especially our hostess. Wow, you have come a long way! I've never done one of these things, but hopefully this can motivate me to reach my goals.
I've eaten clean for the past few days and updated my 'before' pics today for some that more accurately represent the rotundness of my physique. So I guess it's time to get to work now and get my old body back! Good luck and happy training, everyone!Nov 2010....245lbs. Currently....208lbs. Target....190-195. NO EXCUSES!!
