I don't know what I did to aggravate it, but whatever muscle or tendon is directly on the inside of my left knee has been sore for a few days. It hurts a little bit when I press on it, and it is constantly giving me a dull pain/soreness. It was fine when I did deadlifts and lunges today, but after my workout I jumped and grabbed a basketball rim a few times, and it just started getting aggravated. Does this sound like something that will heal itself over the weekend? I must have landed on my leg wrong or something a couple days ago.
