    During a bulk I would wake up in the middle of the night for a casein shake. Srsly, 4 hours of sleep, wake, drink, back to sleep. I did this for an entire summer, barely gained any weight (fu<kin noob) and for the next 6 months my body was trained to wake up in the middle of the night. It SUCKED.

    when i used to bartend in the middle of my shift i would stop and make a protein shake behind the bar. i would pull out my tub of cytogainer and get some fruit blend and drink from my shaker cup all while being bert stared by a full bar on a sat night with people asking for drinks

    edit - had a guy once tell me to stop making my steroids and make him a drink so i said " sorry sir i shut you off" he only had one drink lulz as a bartender you have so much power when it comes to alcohol haha

    i did this for 7 months, but i gained nearly 50lbs...

    i've also cockblocked myself 20+ times because i HAD to get up early next morning to fit in a workout before work

    I just plain don't drink anymore, I actually feel a lot better. I have also done the casien shake deal at night, whenever I would take a piss at like 3am I would chug a shake. I put raw eggs in my protein shake(pretty normal imo). Stay in and go to sleep early instead of go out. There was a point when I couldn't gain anymore weight so a started drinking olive oil for extra cals. I think eating anything more than 6 meals a day is ridiculous, but I did 6-7 meals a day with 4+ protein shakes for a good 6 months strait. I stopped hanging out with all my pot head friends because they were holding me back, haven't smoked in 2+ years now. All in all I think it paid off, I used to weight 138lbs, and I got to a point where I was just over 200lbs, still fairly lean, so yea it worked.

    Four day business trip, I carried on a small cooler loaded with four days worth of chicken breast, brown rice and yams. Security opened the cooler and got the burt stare from three of them as they picked out bag after bag of 8 oz chicken breast.

    At one of my old jobs, I would sneak to the bathroom every shift about 2 hours in and eat a protein bar in the stall because we only got one break the whole 8 hour shift. I also alwyas bring food with me if I am leaving the house for more than 3 hours. A tupperware with some food and an icepack to keep it cool. Uncommon to see me without it

    I also always keep a large container of unsalted peanuts in my car in case I get hungry and I am not at home and dont have any food with me. I find it works out great since they dont have to be refrigerated or anything.
