How many calories should a cheat meal/day have?

Friday is my cheat meal/day. How many calories can I have so I don't get any damage from it? The reason I say meal/day is because if I can only have like 500 calories for a cheat then I would have that 500 during a meal and if I can be allowed more than like 2,000 calories then I would separate my cheat foods throughout the day. Basically my cheat foods will be mostly sugar too.

There are no rules to cheat meals
hence the word cheat, rather than refeed

Clearly your fixation with calorie consumption is a sign that you shouldn't do a cheat meal until you become less neuritic. Your relationship with food has become so perverse that you cannot even eat what makes you happy one time without other thinking it. Just take a meal and eat what makes you happy. If it turns out that the food that makes you happy is in fact the same old stuff you eat every day. Then there is no need to eat a cheat meal.
