    Any noticeable progress?

    I went on a bad cut after about 1 or 2 months after my training begun...

    After 4 terrible sub-anorexic months i ended up being 5'10 119 lbs... here are the pics from when the cut/nightmare ended










    The cut ended at the middle of December and i took until the first week of January as rest

    Here are the today pix









    So i went from 5'10 119 lbs to 5'10 151 lbs (!)
    You guise see any noticeable progress?
    How much bf& did i gain? What would the estimated before and after be?

    All the weight gained is not just fat right -_-?

    I miss my leaner face a bit, lol.

    You definitely put on some weight there but not all of it is fat. I do see some muscle growth in there. Keep it up. You have a while to go but you made some good progress.

    I dont want to try and estimate your BF, im usually very wrong bout that. There is progress, definitely! You did gain some fat as well but you shouldnt be worrying about that now. Set yourself a goal to hit, then when you get to that weight, start cutting. Dont forget to lift heavy in the meanwhile. You want to build muscle!

    Yeah i plan to get to 160-170 before cutting, unless i just get to fat lol

    But i doubt it...

    I don't think i've gained any more fat in the 3 months... at least nothing noticeable after the bounce

    Any one care to make a rough estimation on the bf% chance?

    Yeah I can sea results so keeeeep going... u def need to get some weight and muscle, but ur on the right track

    you look better. you put on lean mass as well as fat. i would continue to bulk but at a slower pace. 5 lbs per month maybe for the next three to 4? then reassess.
