I totally agree!!! that moron, he makes it complicated....just eat less calories.... its ...not...that....hard. CKD diets are great if you want your abs to pop just do em when you have like <8% body fat other wise the fat will come off pretty easy with just calorie restriction. Oh and why would he destroy his diet once a week. maybe a cheat meal,??? but a cheat day. he probobly could have lost weight a lot faster if he wouldnt have done that. any other opinions?
