after any day that i do biceps they are never sore. they are weak but they dont hurt at all. is this a problem or normal?

6 x 6 Barbell Curls Superset w/ Decline Skull-crushers
6 x 6 Incline DB Curls Superset w/ Overhead DB Extensions
6 x 6 Hammer Curls Superset w/ Rope Pushdowns
Don't rest between Supersets, keep going back n forth until all 6 sets are done, then move onto the next superset pair. Example.
6 BB Curls immediately into
6 Skull-crushers immediately into
6 BB Curls immediately into
6 Skull-crushers, etc
Until you complete 6 sets of each exercise, then move onto the next Superset pair.I had all the normal teenage fantasies..cars, girls, money, blow. Then my parents left for a week, and all my fantasies came true!
