    Best pre-bed shake/supplement for bulking ?

    I was hesitating between ON 100% casein and XF peptide 2.0, but when I read that the 2.0 only has a 51/49 cas/whey ratio, it seemed like a deal breaker for a pre-bed shake.

    Any other products out there that are good pre-bed ??? (NO Cottage cheese, I hate it)



    P.S : I'm trying to bulk up as much as possible so getting some fat overnight ain't a worry for me. I heard that drinking a weight gainer pre-bed is a possibility, but that may seem overkill.

    XF UP 2.0 without a doubt.

    You don't want 100% casein, as most of it will simply not get digested.

    Well 9g of micellar casein sounds a bit too little as well... Or do you use 2 scoops ?

    No, just one scoop and I weigh 230 pounds. No need for an obscene amount of protein, pre-bed.
