    My diet what would you add?

    Meal 1 5:45 am
    pro lab nlarge 2 shake weight gainer
    meal 2 7:45
    8oz chicken breast
    1/2 cup broccoli
    1/2 cup of corn
    meal 3 9:45
    * same
    meal 4 12:45
    * same
    pre work out 2:00
    po lab n large 2 shake

    post work out 4:30
    * same shake

    meal 5 7:00
    sirloin steak , cup of green beans

    Night

    n large 2 shake






    What shoul I adjust tryna add 10-15 lbs

    add variety, complex carbs and healthy fats
    oats, sweet potatoes, rice, whole grains, eggs, cottage cheese, PB, nuts, oils

    I do I try atleast . I try and eat eggs amd oameal every other day or throught the week. Big fan of pb but can't stand sweet potatoes.

    dont know what your cal needs are but when i was trying to gain 10-15 lbs i ate a ton, of real food. pb, oil, eggs, bread, rice, pasta, any nuts, and any meat (except sausage). fruit and veggies i limited somewhat to once or twice, because i wanted more room for calories/protein. oh and i chugged milk like a beast. hope you find what works for you.

    So u think I should replace veggies with pasta , and I'll up the milk intake to whole mill aswell.

    not necessarily pasta, but something with calories/protein. for example at 7:45 you got corn, broccoli, and chicken breast. theres like no calories there if your trying to gain. i would throw out corn, and add something with calories and some protein. it could be anything listed above. if you want cheap and easy calories/protein, grab some milk and pb and eat that when you can.
