dont know what your cal needs are but when i was trying to gain 10-15 lbs i ate a ton, of real food. pb, oil, eggs, bread, rice, pasta, any nuts, and any meat (except sausage). fruit and veggies i limited somewhat to once or twice, because i wanted more room for calories/protein. oh and i chugged milk like a beast. hope you find what works for you.

not necessarily pasta, but something with calories/protein. for example at 7:45 you got corn, broccoli, and chicken breast. theres like no calories there if your trying to gain. i would throw out corn, and add something with calories and some protein. it could be anything listed above. if you want cheap and easy calories/protein, grab some milk and pb and eat that when you can.
