Last few days i've had a few things... but kepts my cals around 2200 so i'm still good, I think i've found this is working best for me. If I try to get a month of perfection in i'll just go eat to much crap in one sitting but a few times a week havings the 'extras' to make up about 1000 cals or maybe 1200 cals in the weeks works well. That's the extra I would have if I say cheated once a week.
But again i've gone like 10 days and then just had a snack, really depends on what's happening at the time.

I'm on day 3. I'm around 1800-2000 calories, 155-175g of protein + moderate exercise with no planned rest days, my BMR is around 2200. The first day I was so hungry and threw in an apple and bowl of Lucky Charms, but I'm practically forcing food down now. Also just found out that I can't do a dip anymore, I've got a long way to go.
Tomorrow will be the real test. The fast food will be calling to me all day long.

Middle of day 13.
I lost 2.8 lbs. and .5% body fat in a week. I feel like I should eat a little more or something, haha. That sounds like a lot of weight, and I had been on my diet plan/working out for a week prior, so I doubt there's a serious amount of water weight in there.
But I guess as long as I don't lose any strength, then we're good :O

im in this bitch. i need to figure out a way to eat (any) food without getting tunnel vision and eat everything in sight. i dont think i know what it means to be truley hungry because for the last couple of years i just eat when i think my body needs a meal. and during the weekends i tell myself ill just eat like a "regular person" but i binge out. so here we go DAY 1 BABY!
